Name: “Kazmaganbet khaziret” burial site

Location: Aktobe region, Uil district, 13 km to the east from village Karaoy
Description of monument: There is a gravestone on the grave of Kazmaganbet khaziret. The grave is high, tortkulakty. There ia place of mosque from the western part of the burial site and the well is installed from the eastern part.
Historical note: Kazmaganbet khaziret is located along Kyzylkorgan – Kuyrdakty, confluents: Zhaksybai, Lai and Kulshygai. He built a mosqueexactly alongthis Lai river and he supported this mosque until establishment of Soviet power in Kazakh land. He made a pilgrimage to Mecca. There is an additional list of pilgrims of Uil district in the book called as «Aktobe pilgrims». Date of his death was indicated as 1917. According to data, Kazmaganbet khaziret died after establishment of Soviet power («Aktobe pilgrims», Aktobe 2002. Publishing house А – Printing art). A house for pilgrim overnight stop was built at the beginning of nineties. Nurlan Zhumagaliev, an entrepreneur modernized and reconstructed it in 2009.
