Historical background: Abdizhamil Nurpeisov is a national writer of Kazakhstan, one of the greatest artists of Kazakhstan and a public figure. The trilogy «Blood and Sweat» of A. Nurpeisov is a work of social and psychological type consisting of three books: «Twilight», «Trial», «Collapse», tells about the country, the people, their social destiny. The trilogy describes the lifestyle of the revolutionary era in the territories of Aralsk, Shalkar and Aktobe.

Description of monument: Monument-sign to the heroes of the novel «Blood and Sweat» written by A. Nurpeisov. The monument to the heroes of Nurpeisov’s novel «Blood and Sweat» (height – 2.1 m.) is made of bronze and finished with pink flagstone; its length is 5.65 m, width – 3 m, height – 1.62 m. It is located on a stone pedestal in the form of a rock, 12 m x 12.6 m, on a 2-step cross-shaped base, covered with 44 pink granite. The symbolic stone represents Bel-Aran, who strives for good life and freedom, Elaman and Kalen, followed by the unreliable beauty Akbala, her father Suyyeu, the lazy Sudyrakhmet and the gossip girl Karakat, followed by Tanirbergen, who kept his head straight and was leading his dog.
