Historical background: the building where in 1941 was developed the 101st rifle brigade and the headquarter was built in 1936. Nowadays, Aktobe Regional specialized Boarding School for Gifted children named after M. Kusaiynov is located there.
Description of the monument: Three-storied building, at the entry from the left side, two marble tablular forms with the size of 30х50 sm, where in Kazakh and Russian languages the following is written: «101st separate rifle brigade was formed in this building in November-December 1941».
