Monument to A. Dzhangeldin

Zhangeldin Alibi Tokzhanovich (1884, Turgai region, now Zhangeldinsky district, village Kaidauyl-14 August 1953, Almaty) – a prominent head of the struggle for the establishment and consolidation of Soviet power in Kazakhstan, statesman of the Republic, traveler of the small world, the first discoverer of tourism in the Kazakh steppe. In the city of Aktobe, a monument was erected to him, and the name of one street was given. The authors of the monument are the sculptor S. A. Isaev and the architect N. I. Belotserkovsky.
