Location: Aktobe region, Aktobe, st. T. Akhtanova 48.
Description: the monument-obelisk forms a complex architectural composition. Its base consists of a red and gray granite-block stylobate, a rectangular pyramid. On the outside of the stylobate there are 3-4 granite tiles with the inscription: 1) RI Kutuev. 2) After death, awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union and 3) 1941-1945.
