Location of the monument: Aktobe region, Uilsky district,  settlement Taltogay belonging to the village of Uil.

Historical information : According to the Akkete archives, Azhibai bi Bolpashuly (1685-1770) accepted as sons of the leaders of the uprisings who suffered defeat in the national liberation struggle in Bashkiria in 1736-1737, Zhaman, Sara, Baltas, who fled from the tsarist government. The three were given refuge in the Uilsky district in the village of Taltogay. A descendant of Baltas Mendibay Kumisbayuly (1845-1910), under the influence of the famous educator Ibray Altynsarin, allocating part of the funds from the   Orenburg Governor-General, part of the funds collected from relatives built a school. Separately standing two identical buildings made of burnt red bricks are now nicknamed the “Red School” (“Kyzyl Mektep”). The building at the request of their time was used in vari x appointments. Until 1930 the two-year Kyrgyz-Russian with kaya school years 1930-1932 literacy school for working youth, the years 1932-1960 “Uilsky Orphanage”, 1960-1970 sanatorium for treatment of tuberculosis disease.

Description and characteristics of the monument : The length of the brick used for the construction of the “Red School” is 20 cm, the height is 5-6 cm. The length of the main school building is 30 m. The width is 20-23 m, the height is 3.5 m. The height of the roof from the ground is 5 m. It has 20 rooms. The width of the corridor is 4 m, length 20. The length of the additional building is 15 m, the width is 7-8 m, the height is 4 m. There were 8 rooms here.
