Historical background: Mönke Bi Tileuuly was a prominent Kazakh biy, thinker, zhyrau and one of the advisers of Khan Abulkhair. He lived approximately between 1675 and 1756. In Kazakh historical memory, Mönke Bi is known as a symbol of fair judgment, eloquence and deep philosophical thought.

In oral tradition, he was also known as “Mönke Aulie” and “Mönke the Seer”. His sayings, philosophical reflections and prophetic verses occupy a special place in the traditional worldview of the Kazakh people. In 2025, large-scale cultural, educational and scientific events were held in Aktobe Region to mark the 350th anniversary of Mönke Bi Tileuuly.

Description: The monument is a sculptural image of Mönke Bi Tileuuly carved from light-colored granite. The height of the sculpture is 1.3 meters. The monument measures 0.64 m by 0.88 m, with a total height of 2.62 meters. The composition rests on a four-tier stylobate faced with gray granite.
